Selling CD's as a Retailer

If you operate a retail business that pays sales tax, you can elect to become a retailer of CD’s for Rejoice Distribution.

1. We will supply you with a list of the CDs that are available for distribution. The retail price for each CD is included. You can choose to sell any of the CDs from the list, i.e. you do not have to sell all of them. You can also choose how many of each CD you would like to stock.
2. As a Retailer, our wholesale price is 30% off the retail price. You are expected to pay for your stock order within 30 days. You are encouraged to sell each unit at our suggested retail price, but you can charge whatever you wish.
3. As a retailer, we assume you already pay sales tax in your state. You are responsible for paying the sales tax to your state for every CD that you sell.
4. Retailers may discontinue purchasing from us at any time. We will not buy back stock.
5. We are a non-profit business. We do not push sales. Our goal is simply to make our music more available for those who have a desire to listen to it.
