Getting a Book Published

If you have written, or are considering writing, a book having to do with traditional gospel music, you can talk to us about the steps involved in publishing a book. In general, there are 7 steps involved in writing and publishing a book.

1. Organize the various parts of the book, such as chapters, appendices, etc.
2. Develop (write) the content of each book section.
3. Have other people proofread your written material.
4. If desired, have someone do the page layout.
5. Print a few proofs of the entire book and have other people proofread it.
6. Get the book printed.
7. Get the book distributed.
